Hey lovely, I’m Jenna! I’m a board-certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and I believe that every woman deserves to feel symptom-free in her body, even if she has a history of painful periods or undiagnosed hormonal issues.


I know it may not seem like it now, but there was a time in my life when my PCOS, endometriosis, and painful periods used to control every aspect of my life.


Every day felt like another losing battle. Blood sugar checks. Stuffing every bag I owned with emergency ibuprofen. And my fave…thumbing through even more surprise medical bills for expensive labs that gave me zero answers.

However, not all women experience the same symptoms and not all women who come to see me experience period problems. Hormonal imbalances often show up as period problems, which is how I earned my nickname “The Period Guru”, but a hormonal imbalance can also show up through other symptoms like digestive issues, mood swings, chronic fatigue, and more.


Many of my 1:1 clients have healthy periods but experience other hormonal irregularities like migraines, fatigue, or mood swings. Some of my clients have hormone imbalances that prevent them from getting a period at all.
